Epic Seven Fan-Made Merchandise Guidelines
Smilegate Holdings, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") supports Epic Seven users in creating and distributing various types of merchandise (hereinafter referred to as "Fan-made Merchandise") using Epic Seven intellectual property, including images, videos, music, sounds, voices, or other components from the Epic Seven game content IP. To facilitate this, please adhere to the matters outlined in the Epic Seven Fan-Made Merchandise Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "the Guidelines").
1. Preserve the Honor, Reputation, Lore, and Values of the Epic Seven IP
The Company believes in the limitless potential of users (hereinafter referred to as "Creators") who create Fan-made Merchandise. We also trust that Creators will uphold and protect the honor, reputation, lore, and values of Epic Seven.
Creators must not violate laws or infringe upon the rights of others, such as by plagiarizing others' works without permission or infringing on third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and portrait rights. They must also not violate public morals or social ethics, nor disrupt order.
Additionally, Creators must not engage in creations for political or religious purposes, nor create content that involves hatred, abuse, discriminatory views, or insults towards specific groups or individuals. Creators should not defame others through actions intended to malign the reputation of others.
2. Anyone Who Is an Epic Seven User Can Freely Create Content
The Company encourages individuals, excluding corporations (including business entities) and profit organizations, to freely engage in various creative activities (creation and distribution) using Epic Seven's intellectual property.
However, if corporations (including business entities) or profit organizations produce, distribute, or sell Fan-made Merchandise without a formal license agreement with the Company, they may face legal consequences.
3. Creation, Sale, and Distribution of Fan-Made Merchandise Are Permitted
Creators can produce fan-made merchandise without quantity restrictions and are allowed to distribute them for free or for personal use. Additionally, they may sell them for profit while adhering to the Guidelines.
In cases where Creators create or distribute Fan-made Merchandise for personal collection or free distribution without prior notification to the Company, they are permitted to do so.
However, if Fan-made Merchandise is sold for profit, Creators must report the details of the merchandise to the email provided below before production.

4. Uphold the Brand of Epic Seven
The Company may, at its discretion, support Creators in utilizing certain Epic Seven content resources to facilitate the creation of better Fan-made Merchandise. If Creators receive Epic Seven content resources from the Company, they can use such resources within the guidelines provided by the Company.
Resources provided by the Company must not be distributed or shared with anyone other than authorized Creators, as this may result in penalties under this policy or legal sanctions.
While Creators retain the copyright to the Fan-made Merchandise they produce, other intellectual property rights (such as trademarks, patents, etc.) belong to the Company.
The following statement must be included on the product, package, and PDP of the Fan-made Merchandise to indicate that it is not an official company product. Additionally, the exclusive logo for Fan-Made Merchandise can be optionally applied as needed.

The Company reserves the right to freely utilize Fan-made Merchandise created by Creators.
For instance, the Company may introduce Fan-made Merchandise on Epic Seven's official channels or use content such as created artworks or Fan-made Merchandise images for marketing purposes.
7. Protect Unreleased Information
The Company may provide Creators with game content information that has not yet been publicly disclosed.
In this case, Creators must not disclose such information to external parties or individuals. If Creators provide feedback, information, or suggestions regarding this information, the Company may reference or use it freely and without obligation.
